{Refine Flawed}-
Standing on the edge of uncertainty known as recession, we
seek ways to simplify our lives whilst still retaining a sense of identity. Unsure
of which way it will turn; whether it’s finally at an end or not. Because of
this we must continue conserving our assets for a while longer.
We’re not at
rock bottom yet though, so why not do as our ancestors did in their time of
crisis- Make Do & Mend! Let’s do it in style, think shabby chic with an
urban twist; raw materials, dull metallic all with a worn quality. Handmade
with attitude adds for a bespoke feel. Distressed is best, antique is unique
and flawed is the new refinement of today.
