Recession over? Really?

*Nobody's sure whether this is true or whether the goverment just really want to believe it is. They say its over but we might be back in it, others say we're not quite out off it but nearly there. People are saying we're out of it due to the massive events of 2012 with the Jubilee & Olympics- is there anything as big in 2013 to push us futher from recession or if theres nothing like 2012 will we fall back into it?- There's definately a lot of uncertainty.
